Upcycled Nestle Quik Container
Super easy and GREAT storage for small items.
NEED:
Quik Container
Glue (I used Elmer's School Glue)
1-2 sheet(s) of scrapbook paper
This will be in my 4yo's room, so I let her choose the scrapbook paper.
Wash the container well to remove any leftover granules.
Measure your paper against the container. I just held the paper up to the container
and cut it to wrap around the sides. The paper wasn't long enough to cover the front and back so the back of the container has 2 extra pieces glued on that I
matched up with the pattern to cover any yellow.
I chose not to wrap the top so we could see into the container (and because I am lazy today), but you could easily wrap that part, too.
I didn't cover the lid at all, but I wanted something cute up there, so I made a bow to go on top with ribbon I had around the house.
I poked a tiny hole in the center-top of the lid and attached the bow using floral wire.
I pushed the wire through the hole and wrapped the wire around itself on the bottom side of the lid so that it could not pass through and the bow won't fall off.
It was a super easy project and took all of 10 minutes max.
